Acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf claimed in a recent memo that the recent Supreme Court decision blocking the Trump administration from abolishing DACA does not mean that new applications will be accepted. In the same memo, Secretary Wolf expresses serious policy concerns that he claimed may warrant its full rescission.
