I don’t know if it was a coincidence or not, but just in the anniversary days of revolution I was reading “Animal Farm” by George Orwell. I just couldn’t help thinking about Iran’s revolution when reading every page of this book. Dream and speech of “Major”, achievement of rebellion, writing “The Seven Commandments” on the wall, seizing power by “Napoleon” and exiling “Snowball” and blaming “Snowball” for every misery in the farm, the idea of building “windmill” (like our nuclear plans), and …….many more just remind me to all that happened (and is happening) in Iran. I really encourage everyone to read this brilliant story.
Ali, I really appreciate all your effort to produce and arrange this weekly program. As George Orwell said “In the time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act”; and you are a true revolutionist.
"Strange Times, My Dear"....this book is a rich collection of post-revolution writings. I recently started reading this book...very interesting...
