Ensieh said...: Rich topic....there is no question that this issue has escalated to become global news and one should wonder why it is happening now since the caricatures were published in September of last year. The newspaper has certainly the right to publish the caricatures but the question is where do you draw the line between freedom of speech and religious sensitivity? Certainly I can understand the offense on Islam; there should be a line even in a democratic society. However, I think that the newspaper’s apology should suffice.
